- Appalachain Dovetail, rough sawn or machine hewn: 6" x 12".
- Beams: white pine & lodgepole pine 4" x 8" , 4" x 12".
- Timbers: 6" x 6", 6" x 8" , 6" x 12".
- Roughsawn or S4S up to 24' in length.
- Tongue and Groove: 1" x 6", 1" x 8", 2" x 6", 2" x 8".
- Log Siding: 1" x 6" and 2" x 8".
- Roof and Floor Decking.

Log & Timberframe "Loft & 2 story styles" start as low as $58.00 per sq. ft. on your foundation, "Dry-In".
The A.M.L.H. in the "DRY" (on your foundation) includes:
1. Wood "I" beam no squeak floor system made of: "11 7/8" floor joist and 7/8 "sub foor decking".
2. Log walls - 6" x 8" white pine "D", 12" lag bolts, 3/8 X 3/4 foam sealant, & hardwood splines.
3. Timber framed (open beam) roof and second floor tongue and groove roof and second floor decking.
4. Structural insulated roof panels which are fully vented. Shingles (25 yr) are provided (not installed). Metal roofs optional.
5. Windows & Doors: Vinyl, energy efficient. Wood windows optional. Front door is insulated metal with decorative glass,
Atrium doors are wood or wood with aluminum clad. Both windows & doors are trimmed inside and out with 1x and 2x white
pine.
6. Interior walls are framed. Stairway to second floor/loft. Open beam staircase optional. Hand Rails not included but can
be purchased.
